These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the TripCoral website and applications (together, the "Services"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Scope of These Terms
TripCoral ("TripCoral", "we", "our", or "us") is a service operated from Norway. These Terms apply to the Services and to content made available through them.
The Services are currently provided without charge. We may introduce or change features, but we will provide any notice and obtain any agreement required by applicable law before charging you.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and retain personal information when providing the Services.
2. An Independent Travel Information Service
TripCoral organizes itinerary information and presents flight information. TripCoral is independent and is not an airline, airport, aircraft manufacturer, alliance, booking agent, travel agency, aviation authority, air navigation service or official operational data source.
TripCoral does not sell flights or enter into a contract of carriage. Your booking, transport and related services remain subject to the terms of the airline, agency or other provider from which you obtained them.
3. Travel Information and Operational Limitations
Flight, airport, aircraft, gate, terminal, baggage and itinerary information can be delayed, incomplete, provisional, changed at short notice or incorrect. Availability also depends on third-party sources and network conditions.
Before making a material travel decision, verify the relevant booking, departure time, gate, terminal, boarding instruction, disruption and entry requirement with the airline, airport, government authority or other responsible official source.
Not for safety-critical use. You must not use or rely on the Services for flight operations, navigation, dispatch, maintenance, engineering, airworthiness, emergency response or any other operational or safety-critical purpose. Aircraft illustrations and assignments must not be used to make such decisions.
4. Accounts and Acceptable Use
You may use the Services for your personal, lawful travel needs. If you create an account, you are responsible for activity through it and for keeping access to it secure.
- Provide information you are entitled to provide, and do not use another person's account without authorization.
- Do not use the Services to violate applicable law or another person's rights.
- Do not bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce harmful code, overload the Services or interfere with another person's use.
- Do not systematically scrape, copy or extract service data or visual assets through the Services unless applicable law permits it or a separate written, open-source or Creative Commons licence expressly authorizes that use.
5. Content You Forward or Provide
When you forward a travel email or otherwise provide content, you confirm that you are entitled to provide it and instruct us to process it for your requested itinerary and related service functions.
You keep any rights you hold in that content. You give TripCoral only the permission reasonably needed to receive, store, process, reproduce and display it to operate and support the Services. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for limited retention required by law or described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Data, Services and Links
The Services can incorporate or link to information and services supplied by airlines, airports, public authorities, tracking sources, map providers and other third parties. Those providers can change, restrict or withdraw their information or services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use their services.
A link or factual reference does not mean that TripCoral controls, endorses or guarantees the third party or its information. TripCoral is not responsible for a third-party service outside our control, subject always to rights and remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
7. Third-Party Marks and Aircraft Artwork
Airline, airport, alliance, sponsor, operator and manufacturer names, logos, liveries, colour schemes, tail designs, aircraft model names, trade dress and other identifiers shown in the Services may be protected by trademark, copyright, design or other law and remain subject to the rights of their respective rightsholders.
TripCoral displays these elements only to identify or refer to the carrier, aircraft, flight or service described by the surrounding factual record, or to provide a representative visual depiction in that context.
No endorsement or affiliation. Their appearance does not imply that a rightsholder sponsors, endorses, approves, supplies data to, maintains or is affiliated with TripCoral.
These Terms do not grant you any licence to a third-party trademark, logo, livery, colour scheme, trade dress, aircraft design or other third-party material. TripCoral cannot authorize reuse of rights it does not own or control.
Representative aircraft artwork. The aircraft illustrations in the catalogue are AI-generated and human-reviewed. They are representative catalogue artwork, not official manufacturer or operator imagery, technical drawings, or evidence of an exact aircraft tail, paint scheme, cabin, configuration or assignment. Visuals may be simplified or inaccurate, and operational assignments can change.
Use of an AI-assisted process does not transfer third-party rights to TripCoral. TripCoral asserts rights in an illustration only to the extent that those rights exist and TripCoral owns or is authorized to exercise them.
8. TripCoral-Controlled Material and Separate Licences
Subject to the third-party rights described above, TripCoral and its contributors or licensors retain their applicable rights in the Services, including TripCoral-controlled software, text, interfaces and original artwork. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the Services for their intended personal purpose while they are available.
Open-source and Creative Commons material. A file, dataset, illustration, research document, separately published catalogue or other material identified as having a separate open-source, Creative Commons or other licence remains governed by that licence. These Terms do not take away permissions expressly granted by it. Any stated exclusions, attribution duties and third-party-rights notices continue to apply.
9. Availability, Changes and Suspension
We aim to keep the Services useful and available, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature, source, airport or flight will remain available. We may maintain, change or discontinue a feature or the free Services. If a change materially and adversely affects your access to or use of the Services, we will provide the information, notice and choices required by applicable law.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or other users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a reasonable opportunity to address it.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law or our practices. We will update the date above. When a change materially and adversely affects you, we will explain its nature, timing and reason, provide reasonable advance notice in a durable medium when required, and tell you about any statutory right to end the Services or continue under unchanged terms. Changes do not apply retroactively unless the law permits and clearly requires that result.
10. Reasonable Care and Limits of Responsibility
We will provide the Services with reasonable care. Because flight information comes from changing third-party sources, we do not promise that the Services will always be uninterrupted, current, complete or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, TripCoral is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, were not caused by our breach, or are business losses arising from use of a free consumer service. You remain responsible for confirming material travel and safety information with the responsible official source.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any warranty, remedy, consumer right or other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
11. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
Norwegian law governs these Terms. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of the country where you habitually reside. You may bring a claim in any court available to you under mandatory consumer and procedural law. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive a statutory forum.
12. Rights, Attribution and Accuracy Complaints
If you believe that material in the Services infringes a right, uses an incorrect attribution or materially misidentifies an airline or aircraft, email support@tripcoral.com and include:
- Your name, contact details and your authority to act for the rightsholder, if applicable.
- The trademark, copyright, design right or other right you believe is affected.
- The exact asset, flight, screen or URL where the material appears.
- Enough supporting information for us to understand and assess the concern.
- The correction, attribution, restriction or removal you request.
We may ask for additional information and may temporarily remove, restrict or relabel material while reviewing a substantiated concern. We will also consider accuracy evidence and the rights and legitimate interests of affected users and contributors.
